This multi-department team works in tandem with the executive and sales teams to manage logistics, smoothly launch and maintain client programs, help achieve and surpass client goals, and ensure compliance with client and AMG requirements.
Leads Team
Our lead’s team is tasked with available territory checks, setting up weekly leads orders, replacing any non qualifying leads and dropping leads in agent CRM’s on a weekly basis.
Contracting Team
The contracting team is our liaison between a new agent and our client carriers tasked to help with all aspects of on-boarding. They also help with compensation raises and down-line adjustments.
Appointment Setters
Many our top Field Agents and Field Managers will use our internal appointment setters to help set appointment for the upcoming field days. These appointment setters have been trained in our scripts and CRM programs in insure effectiveness.
Executive Team
Our executive team is behind the scenes taking care of our partner relationships, legal matters, contract negotiations, lead generation partnerships and agency acquisitions.
