The Apex Training
At Apex Insurance Syndicate we believe that it’s more about understanding your products is more important than offering the least expensive option or the highest paying products. Unfortunately in the Life Insurance industry, most agents never get the training they need to offer their customers the right product for their needs. When this happens an experienced agent will come in behind them and replace their policy, resulting in a chargeback and loss of respect for the agent and our clients. We believe that a recorded conference call a couple of times a week will not suffice for training, nor will directing agents to the carrier site. Our agents have access to the following training to get them the ammunition they need to be successful.

Final Expense University
Once on-boarded you can visit this site and create a username and password. Once you log in this course will be broken up into four phases. Phase one is the basics course and phase two will get you in the house and able to present and underwrite your customer. Once these two phases are completed you will have the ability to sit with clients submit applications. Phase three is how to follow up, track your business and manage your book of business. The final stage is what will take you from good to great. Estimated time to complete this course is 5 hours but you will want to revisit this course often to retain all of the information packed in this course.
Advanced Product University
This course will be offered once you have mastered the final expense arena. This is broken up in to 6 main courses and you will be allowed to pick and choose which order you would like to complete them. If you are specializing in CPA’s for example you may not need or want to take the course on Buy Sell agreements. Once you have completed the courses of your choosing you will be armed with the lingo and programs needed for success.
